“ The Donut Man is a consistent stop every time you visit Grand Central Market especially if you are a sweet pastry lover. The donuts and pastries are mega sized with miniature prices. If not careful you can get carried away because the prices are so low you'll get more than you can eat. I usually get the cinnamon roll but this time I got the apple fritter. I'm 6'3 with extra large hands so you can see in the picture how big the pastry is. They are known for the fruit stuffed donuts like strawberry and pineapples. If you haven't visited yet please stop by, your taste buds will thank you! ”
“ These donuts are huge and filled with a lot of goodness they have two seasonal donuts, one that is full of peaches and the other ones full of strawberries. Both of them look amazing. We didn't try them, but they are huge. We had the Boston cream and lemon filled and was just mouthwatering full of sweetness. ”

The tiger tail, glazed and fluffy, is also a must try. There is usually a line but it moves fast. Best to go with friends to buy as many pieces to try and share. ”
“ Donuts are important. Donuts are special. Donuts are sensual. Donuts are magical. Donuts are me. Located in the very front of the Grand Central Market, The Donut Man is a mouth watering, soul capturing, bakery with a large selection of fresh donuts. After eating a pizza for lunch, my wife and I were on the hunt for a sweet treat when The Donut Man came calling. This place was pretty busy around noon and for good reason, we spent maybe 5 minutes in line before packing our order and I would wait 50 if I had too. I ended up ordering what they call a Tiger's Tail (this might be the actual name, I simply don't know) and this thing is the longest donut I have ever seen. It's basically a super big glaze crawler with chocolate in it. Oh, how was it you ask? It was bloody incredible. This thing was so doughy and lite, and it tasted so dang good. I would absolutely come back and try every other donut they have, and I probably will. Overall, The Donut Man has it on lock at the Grand Central Market. This place has a friendly staff, a great location, and some A+ rated donuts in the city of angels. Do yourself a favour and come indulge. ”
“ Long time fan of Donut Man but first time ever at the DTLA location. Definitely a very different vibe from the Glendora location but great to have closer to LA. The line was a little long but moved very quickly. The donuts are a little pricey but oh so worth it - some of the freshest and most generously filled donuts around. I got a lemon filled crueler ($4.50) and apple filled donut ($3.25) and both were absolutely fantastic. You really can't do much better than Donut Man. No fresh strawberry or peach donuts during this time of year but highly recommend them when they roll around... The only reason I have to knock off a star for, is my mother got a Bavarian cream filled donut and instead of putting it in a box like they did for mine, hers was put into a little bag. When she went to eat it, all of the chocolate icing was stuck to the bag and the little paper they grabbed the donut with - we had to scrape all the chocolate off and put it back on the donut, which made it very messy. Definitely should not have been packaged like that and should have been put in a box - but at least we were able to salvage it and it of course tasted fantastic with a generous custard filling. ”
